Make working prestashop teplate

As the previous freelancer failed to deliver the templates as i requested and he only sliced the psd's, I'm now on a very tight budget. I need someone who can make me quick working templates from the included rar file. See http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS15/Theme+development+fundamentals for more information (So i must just upload the files in the directory, select it from the admin panel and it should work!) I have a maximum budget of € 150 for this. There are 3 themes to do, but only some images are different. Please have a look first before bidding, and you need to be able to do it within timeframe.
