Converting your engineer's hand sketch into clean, dimensioned AutoCAD drawings while reorganizing three tenant footprints — laundromat, convenience store, cell phone store — inside the same 134.7' × 59.8' shell is really two problems in one: accurate drafting, and layout logic that survives utility review. That second part is where these projects usually stall. My approach starts with digitizing the existing plan at full dimensional accuracy, then rebuilding the partition and storefront layout around your utility's electrical requirements — the 800A/400A/200A meter bank, disconnect clearances, and the brick infill replacing that last storefront glazing get locked in early, not retrofitted after the tenant layout is set. Files come back as fully editable native DWG, structured so your engineer and the utility can mark up directly rather than requesting a redraw. Phase 2's incentive coordination sits outside my core drafting scope, so I'd focus delivery on getting Phase 1 construction-ready first. Is the pad-mounted transformer location already confirmed by the utility, or still pending their review alongside this layout?
