I’m looking for a Process Associate who can take over day-to-day purchase execution and, more importantly, rework the way our procurement pipeline runs so that it is faster, cleaner, and fully traceable. Your core mission will be to examine the current flow inside SAP, spot the friction points, and redesign the steps so approvals, POs, GRNs, and related reports move seamlessly from request to payment while staying audit-ready in MS Excel. The role is hands-on: you will log into our SAP instance daily, raise and release purchase orders, follow them through to goods receipt, and close the loop with finance. As you work, I expect you to document each step, flag redundant touchpoints, and recommend the tweaks—whether it’s a new SAP variant, a better use of batch jobs, or just a smarter Excel template—that will cut cycle time without compromising compliance. Deliverables • A revised, clearly mapped procurement workflow (Visio or similar) • Updated SAP and Excel templates/macros that support the new process • A short playbook explaining the new operating procedure and KPIs to track Acceptance Criteria The new process should bring PO-to-GRN cycle time down by at least 20 %, and every transaction must reconcile cleanly between SAP tables and the exported Excel reports.
