I’m building a small-batch soda line that features classic Indian flavours—think jeera soda, mango masala, and a few other signatures I already have in mind. What I need now is an experienced product developer who can turn those ideas into market-ready carbonated recipes. Here’s the scope: • Work with me to translate each flavour concept into a stable, repeatable formulation, including exact ingredient ratios, carbonation levels, sweetener choices, acidity balance, and preservative strategy (if required). • Provide a clear process flow for bench-top trials and a scale-up roadmap suitable for a craft bottling setup. • Supply precise ingredient lists, nutritional calculations, and regulatory-ready spec sheets so the drinks can be registered and labelled without surprises. • Offer troubleshooting support through one round of adjustments once I run the first pilot batch. A background in beverage R&D or flavour chemistry is ideal, and familiarity with Indian spice profiles will help everything move faster. I’ll share my flavour briefs and target sensory notes as soon as we start; your job is to make them sparkle in a bottle—literally.
