I need a skilled flavour chemist to create a food-grade, oil-based liquid maple flavour specifically suited for hookah applications. The profile must replicate authentic maple syrup sweetness, remain stable when heated in shisha mixtures, and disperse evenly in a typical glycerin or molasses base without separation. Please formulate from GRAS ingredients only and keep the finished product clear or lightly amber with no visible sediment. I will require small lab batches for sensory testing followed by a scalable formulation that can be transferred to contract manufacturing.
