Project Title: Lingerie Designer for Tech Packs & Curve-Focused Designs Project Brief: Looking for an experienced lingerie designer to collaborate on developing innovative lingerie products. The role involves creating detailed tech packs and designing pieces tailored specifically for curvier body types. This is a collaborative engagement where the designer will work closely with me to refine and improve concepts into production-ready designs. Key Responsibilities Create professional lingerie tech packs suitable for manufacturer handoff Design curve-focused lingerie pieces with strong fit consideration Translate concepts into clear construction details, measurements, and specifications Work collaboratively to iterate and improve designs Recommend appropriate fabrics, trims, and materials suitable for lingerie production Requirements Prior experience in lingerie or intimate apparel design Strong understanding of fit, structure, and support for curvier body types Demonstrated experience with innovative or non-traditional lingerie designs Knowledge of lingerie fabrics, elastics, lace, mesh, and performance materials Ability to create manufacturer-ready tech packs Nice to Have Experience working directly with manufacturers or production teams Portfolio showing intimatewear or lingerie collections Engagement Style Collaborative working relationship with ongoing feedback Designer should be comfortable iterating and refining designs together When applying: Please include a portfolio of lingerie or intimatewear projects, especially any work involving curve-inclusive designs or innovative constructions.
