Need a word-searching program made -- 2

Program Guidelines: I’d like to be able to copy a block of text and paste it into a box (see attachment for an example). Following this, I’d like to be prompted a word, for example “precise” within that block of text. After the prompts, I would have to find where it is in the box and click it - at that point the word would turn green since I found it. At this point, the next word would be prompted. The prompting of words should occur randomly and not in any order. The purpose of this is to improve my speed at finding words when CTRL+F is not an option. Where the difficulty may lie is that I don’t want to be prompted commonly present words like: and, or, of, than, with…perhaps, this could be fixed by restricting the prompting to words that appear two times or less in the text (?). I would also like a timer on the side that tells me how long it took me to find each word. Also if possible, if a word does appear multiple times (not: and, or, of…), I’d like to have to ability to find all instances of the word (although I do realize that it may go against what I said regarding using words that appear two times or less in a text, so this may not be a possibility).
