Craigslist - Ad Posting in major US cities

We are looking for a Highly EXPERIENCED person or team in CRAIGSLIST AD POSTING.
We need someone to start immediately posting 40-50 ads per day in 40-50 major USA cities of my choice, under For Sale/Wanted and Services/sm biz ads categories on Craigslist.
We would like to offer a Legitimate Long Term Position for this person or team to maintain these ads on a daily basses.
We will provide the ads, we are hoping the same ads can be used in all 40-50 cities everyday, but if not I am open to what has to be done to make sure the ads appear live in all 40-50 cities daily.
You must have systems in place for unique IP's and your own email addresses, along with all other techniques to avoid ghosting.
We are looking for someone that can work long term, if you are not able to meet the requirements please do not bid on this project.
REQUIREMENTS:
1) You must have experienced posting on Craigslistt and understand the insights of it.
2) You must have your own Craigslistt phone verified accounts, we will not provide them
3) You must be able to post on any city.
4) You must understand proxies, ghosted ads.
5) You must provide a daily report of all LIVE ads posted Daily.
6) Access to email accounts used for the ads.
I would like people to bid on 50 ads per day x 7 days = what you get paid.
I will pay weekly - if you are able to post these ads successfully and "daily" and they are up for the 7 days or you are maintaining them to stay up for the 7 days. This can become a Long Term Position Contracting you to work for our company.
Looking to find someone we can trust to maintain these ads Daily, if they go down putting them back up etc..
