The current department has 4 functions, and they’re decentralised. We’re currently working on ORG remodel to build Center of Excellent (CoE) to make this ORG centralised, which these four functions will be reporting to the head of CoE head.
In addition, there are going to be change management, building KPIs for each functions, policies and procedures, communication and reporting mechanisms to these functions. Also, we need to hire resources for each functions. Therefore, We’re going to work with HR team to create JDs, etc.
Therefore, I need to create a project execution plan which include main tasks, sub-tasks, timeline, team (can be made it) I’ll change it.
