Bilingual English/Spanish Virtual Assistant

I need an English/Spanish native bilingual virtual assistant to assist with my real estate business and other projects. Do not need to have real estate experience, I am willing to train.

Responsibilities Include:

- Screening buyer & seller leads daily

- Addressing, stamping, and stuffing mailers on a regular basis

- Understanding my buying criteria

- Receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls (I'll provide the call script)

- Coordinating paperwork and closings

This bid is for your monthly pay 40 hours a week. I need someone who is willing to work for more than 6 months. After you agree to the job we will talk about monthly compensation and how you would like to get paid.

You will be working as my personal assistant, and my standards are very high. Please bid on this job only if you:

1. Are a self-starter and don't need to be told things more than once

2. Have truly excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

3. Are 100% reliable

4. Have an exceptionally good facility for attention to detail

5. Are ambitious and tenacious and insist on getting it right

6. Attention to Detail

7. Good work ethic

8. Organizational skills
