You’ll maintain clear folder structures, apply consistent naming conventions, and ensure the latest versions are easy to locate. The workload is flexible; I care more about responsiveness and reliably smooth information flow than strict hours logged. Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Trello, or Asana is helpful but not required.
