We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented freelancer to assist with organizing self-storage/boat & rv storage offering memorandums (OMs) and supporting documents received via email. Scope of Work: Access a designated Gmail account where OMs and related documents are redirected. On a regular schedule (daily or every other day), download all new offering memorandums and any supporting files from incoming emails. Upload and organize these documents into a Google Drive folder system with the following structure: State Folder (e.g., Florida) City Folder within that state (e.g., Orlando, Tampa, etc.) Location/Property Folder for the specific property referenced in the OM. Ensure all documents, including any supporting documents/financials for each property are saved together in the correct location folder. Requirements: Familiarity with Gmail and Google Drive. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of documents. Consistent communication and timely updates. Example: Gmail → Download files from "123 Main Street, Orlando, FL" OM. Google Drive path: Florida → Orlando → 123 Main Street (place all files here). Estimated Time: Ongoing
