Executive Director in USA over a non-profit Christian charitable religious organization that is starting-up needs to find an executive assistant that can work hourly on some things and by a fixed project fee paid on milestones for specific projects. For now a few hours per day until we obtain funding, but then it could grow into full-time, possibly temporary & possibly permanent if things work out well. The Executive Assistant should be a smart GENERALIST capable of multi-faceted work AND/OR overseeing the work of various types. Looking for someone with a degree in business or equivalent; certified as speaking American English fluently; experienced in Project Management using critical path method (CRM) to coordinate multiple aspects of roll-out of a new business; can do projects on Claude AI and understands using multiple AI Agents assigned to various projects; Amazon Kindle (KDP); should have some conceptual familiarity with building a website-based business, including a full-stack developer using WordPress & PHP, Bricks Builder, GoHighLevel, SEO, AI coding using Python, MySQL, APIs, etc., both front-end and back-end, or is a quick learner; either adequate coding experience in Python to stitch together elements to build an app or can oversee others who can convert Excel spreadsheets into an app; MS Word, Excel & Outlook; creating YouTube videos using Descript, LiveSync and knowing "The YouTube Formula" to drive views and build an audience; and can execute other projects that I need done. Will also help in fund-raising through preparing grant proposals and donors; taking rough content and using Claude to prepare pages for website and posting them; taking rough content and editing into books; and other projects. In addition to building a complex website and apps, some projects may lead to publishing books available on Amazon, media production of YouTube videos; and eventually, maybe customer service with the public and financial planners in the USA. Quality Assurance on projects will need to be tested to ensure the apps work, the website is fully functional as intended, the content (written and video) is operational. Etc. As a start-up charity the budget and funds are tight for now and cost is important, but as the projects generate income the work will expand. The charity operates according to sound business principles like any good charity should. IF the applicant has adequate income from other sources and wants to donate labor temporarily to help the charity grow, then any donated labor up-front could be contractually compensated for with a long-term royalty from income that the website develops long-term, in essence working in partnership with the organization, and this could provide much more income long-term, but this will be up to the worker, at his/her discretion and choice to be made prior to commencing work on any project. That is, the hourly work and project work will stand on their own and paid when completed, but PRIOR TO accepting each project the worker can evaluate the project and choose if they will undertake the project on a royalty basis to be received when the project is complete from the income generated by the project. All work will be tracked by & paid through Freelancer. Worker should be professional, flexible in hours; agreeable, supportive, and easy and pleasant to work with; and willing to achieve demanding deadlines like any executive must do.
