Paid on delivery

I’m handing over a residential interior project in Sangareddy, Hyderabad, and I need an on-site supervisor who can keep the work moving smoothly for the next two months until final hand-over. You’ll be on site every day, coordinating carpenters, vendors and other trades, checking workmanship, tracking progress against the schedule and flagging any delays before they snowball. I expect a quick photo/video log at the end of each day so I always know exactly where we stand. The crew on the ground speaks Telugu and Hindi, while I’ll be communicating with you in English, so fluency in all three is essential. A solid background in interior or modular-interior supervision—ideally with residential projects—is a must; you should already know your way around materials, finishes, and typical site workflows, and be comfortable arranging or procuring items locally whenever something is short. Key deliverables • Daily site visit and hands-on supervision • End-of-day progress report with photos/videos • Immediate escalation of issues that might affect quality, cost or timeline The role starts immediately and runs for roughly eight weeks, wrapping up at client hand-over. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented and ready to take ownership of the site, let’s talk today.

As a highly experienced professional in design with over a decade's worth of industrial experience, I believe that my skills and expertise will be of immense value to your residential interior project. My proficiency in programs like CAD, CAM, and CAE ensures superior command over 3D modeling and rendering. Precise layouts and assembly instructions along with detailed 2D drawings are some of the key aspects I excel at; this becomes particularly critical in identifying any delays or inefficiencies and rectifying them promptly. Further adding to my merit is my resiliency in handling multiple projects at once, precisely tracking progress, effectively communicating with diverse teams, and ultimately delivering results. I understand the local context well, including culture and languages like Telugu and Hindi required for smooth site functioning. My commitment to client satisfaction coupled with my hands-on approach to problem-solving makes me an ideal fit for this position. I ensure daily updates through a detailed visual log so you can stay updated despite not being on-site. So let's get started on ensuring your Hyderabad project is nothing short of an exemplary masterpiece! Feel free to reach out as I'm available 24x7 to answer any questions you may have.

Hello, I can take complete day-to-day responsibility for your residential interior site and keep the project moving smoothly through final hand-over. I can handle daily on-site supervision, coordinate carpenters, vendors, and other trades, monitor workmanship and materials, track progress against the schedule, and immediately flag any issues affecting quality, cost, or timeline. I can also provide a clear end-of-day photo/video progress report so you have complete visibility of the site, even when you’re off-site. I’m comfortable coordinating material requirements, following up with local vendors, and resolving site-level issues proactively. With experience in residential interiors, architectural coordination, drawings, materials, finishes, and construction workflows, I can work closely with the site team and ensure execution follows the required design and quality standards. I’m ready to discuss the project, site requirements, and start date immediately.
