Improve Leadership Team Communication

Our senior leadership group relies heavily on Slack and Microsoft Teams, yet threads still go missing, decisions are delayed, and momentum stalls. I need a coordinator who can step in, study how we currently use these internal messaging apps, and then turn that insight into a simple, sustainable communication framework that keeps every leader informed and able to act quickly. Here is what success looks like for me: • A brief audit of our existing channels, groups, and notification settings with clear observations about bottlenecks and duplicated effort. • A concise set of guidelines that spells out when, where, and how leaders share updates, ask questions, and log decisions so we eliminate endless back-and-forth. • A lightweight decision-tracking template (Google Sheet, Notion, or similar) that anchors the new process and lets any team member see the latest call without digging. • A short onboarding session—live or recorded—that walks the team through the new flow and shows how it actively supports better decision making. You will have direct access to me and the other executives for interviews and quick feedback loops. If you have proven experience streamlining communication in leadership circles and can demonstrate measurable improvements, I’m ready to start right away and move quickly to implementation.
