Saya sedang mencari seorang profesional di bidang Manajemen Proyek yang berpengalaman memimpin Proyek Teknologi Informasi berbasis Aplikasi Seluler. Target saya adalah merampungkan pengembangan aplikasi dari tahap perencanaan hingga rilis publik tanpa hambatan besar dan dengan koordinasi tim yang rapi. Tugas utama yang saya butuhkan: • Menyusun dan memelihara rencana proyek lengkap—jadwal, milestone, dan estimasi sumber daya. • Mengelola backlog sprint, daily stand-up, dan retrospektif menggunakan pendekatan Agile/Scrum. • Berkoordinasi dengan developer, UI/UX designer, QA, serta stakeholder bisnis untuk memastikan setiap deliverable sesuai kebutuhan. • Memonitor risiko, mengatasi blocker sejak awal, dan memberi laporan kemajuan rutin dalam format yang mudah dipahami. • Menjaga standar kualitas aplikasi seluler di berbagai platform (iOS dan Android) sambil memastikan kepatuhan keamanan data.
