Your core responsibility will be to conduct all scheduled meetings and presentations in Polish, ensuring our technical progress and next-step proposals are communicated clearly and confidently. I’ll keep steering the overall project management from my side; what I need from you is the on-the-ground presence that builds trust and keeps dialogue smooth. You should be comfortable translating technical concepts into everyday language for stakeholders, fielding questions in real time, and gathering any follow-up information the team needs. Typical week: you join one or two virtual or on-site sessions, present the latest sprint outcomes or roadmap slides (materials provided or co-created with me), and send me a concise summary afterward so I can update the internal tracker.
