I’m rolling out several projects over the next few months and need a proactive coordinator who can keep every moving part on schedule and on budget. The core of the role is twofold: build detailed, realistic timelines for each project and track our spend against those plans so we catch variances early—before they turn into headaches. You’ll work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and analytics leads (I’ll introduce you to everyone), but your primary focus stays on the schedule and the numbers. If you already organise projects in Asana, Trello, [login to view URL], or even a well-structured Excel sheet, great—use whatever you’re fastest with, as long as I get clear, shareable reports. Deliverables • A master timeline for each campaign, shared in a collaborative workspace • A weekly budget tracker highlighting planned vs. actual spend with notes on variances • End-of-campaign wrap-up summarising timeline hits/misses and budget performance Success for me looks like campaigns launching exactly when they should, no budget surprises, and stakeholders always knowing the current status without having to ask.
