I need help filling several project-based project-management positions in Taiwan, South Korea, Vietnam and the Philippines. Your task is to act as both online lead-generator and recruiter, identifying strong project-management professionals, approaching them, and presenting me with a curated shortlist. Essential requirement • Every candidate must show clear bilingual proficiency—English plus their local language at a professional working level. Scope of work 1. Source talent through LinkedIn, industry forums, local job boards and referral networks. 2. Pre-screen for availability for project-based engagement and the bilingual requirement. 3. Verify basic details (current location and contact information). 4. Deliver a concise profile résumé for each qualified lead. Acceptance criteria • Minimum of 5 verified candidate profiles per country within one week. • Each profile includes résumé/CV, validated contact info and a brief screening note summarising project-management background and language capability. • Candidates confirm willingness to be contacted for an interview. I will provide a short pitch deck and job brief you can share with prospects. Collaboration will be through Google Sheets and email, though any sourcing platforms you already use are welcome.
