Revenue and Margin project

We are a 3.2 bn $ company and launching one of its kind initiative in revenue management

We are on a transformational project in the revenue and margin management domain for 9 months.

Its is in 2 phases . Phase 1 first go live happens in 6.5 months and thereafter 2 golives in 8 th month.

We need PMO office with Project manager with backend support to manage below responsibilities:

Project Management in Mumbai

Liaison with stake holders & define & document requirements & User Stories for Implementation. Coordination , Followup and Communication

Support Integration requirements and liaison with all concerned stake holders

Source and deliver resources, information & data needed for implementation

Prepare, validate & deliver data needed for implementation. . Facilitate process, controls and techniques used for data migration/ upload

Hold meetings and ensure proper communication to all stake holders (including escalation & de-escalation)

Manage Dependencies & ensure all project dependencies are addressed

Ensure timely set up & deployment of production & non-production systems

Have a say on Project Plan and timelines

Steering Committee and Senior Management presentations and interactions and Project status updates

Risk Register Management in sync with Project manager

Adherence and Followup of timelines and coordination and risk flags

Change Management

Review and assist in preparation of project schedule with dependencies & timelines with implementation partner

Formalize issues and change management procedures

Discuss integration test and UAT results and faciliate issues

End to End Program Management

Report addresses the key milestones of each project phase and shows its progress on a weekly basis. Provide guidance and assistance on agile scrum methodology, sprints, scrums etc

Addon proposal for below needed:

Elastic proposal in terms of UAT support and data science on need basis for Testing and validation of application, AI/ML models and UAT support or UAT
