Structural Engineer Required For Detailed RCC Design - 3

I need a seasoned structural engineer to prepare the full detailed design package for a reinforced-concrete, mixed-use building. The project combines residential and commercial occupancy and will rise at least G + 2, possibly higher once the final space plan is locked. Scope I already have the architectural layout; what I am missing is the complete structural solution—analysis, sizing, and reinforcement detailing for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, and stair/water-tank elements. The calculations must comply with the latest IS codes, and the drawings should be ready for submission to the local authority as well as for contractors on site. Preferred workflow • Model and analyse in STAAD, ETABS, or a similar platform • Provide concise calculation sheets (PDF) with design assumptions clearly stated Deliverables • Structural analysis model file • Calculation report • One round of revisions after my architect reviews the package If the collaboration goes smoothly, I may extend the contract for construction-phase support, but for now my immediate need is the detailed structural design package outlined above.
