Wordpress

I'm looking for someone who is an expert in Wordpress to do what should be some very simple work. I need someone who can look at my page and work with me to come up with some good plug-ins to install. My blog is [login to view URL] There's one plug-in that I'm particularly looking for that puts a random quote at the bottom of each blog post. I wanted this random quote to be below a jpeg on the bottom of each blog post. I've had this done before on wordpress so it should be very easy for someone who knows what they're doing. I have Wordpress version 2.3. If it's really simple, I'd like to upgrade to 2.31. Not a big deal with this though if it's a lot of work or isn't that important. No design work is necessary, just installing some plug-ins to make my blog look/work better. Thanks, Jesse
