The demographic focus is adults aged 36–50 and 51 +, essentially anyone 30 and above who is seeking proactive hormone balance or hair restoration. I already have funding in place; what I lack is the step-by-step clinical and operational roadmap. Here’s what I need from you: • A detailed, locally compliant clinical model for perimenopause hormone therapy, including protocols, medication sourcing, dosing pathways, and follow-up schedules. • A parallel blueprint for the hair-transplant arm that covers equipment selection (FUE/FUT), sterile workflow, staffing profiles, and post-operative care standards. • Regulatory and licensing guidance for both offerings in my jurisdiction—everything from clinic registration to controlled-substance handling. • Clinic layout advice that allows the two services to coexist efficiently without cross-contamination or bottlenecks. • Projections of consumables, staffing ratios, and service pricing so I can build a viable P&L. • A high-level launch timeline with milestones I can track against. Additionally, I am open to incorporating any other services that the consultant deems compatible with my clinic’s scope and vision. This may include enema services if deemed suitable.
