Remote Property Manager for Expedia

Remote Property Manager (Expedia / VRBO Experience) We are looking for an experienced Property Manager (Remote) to oversee vacation rentals with a strong focus on Expedia (VRBO) and multi-platform management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in short-term rental operations, guest communication, and remote service delivery. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day property operations across VRBO (and ideally Airbnb/[login to view URL]). Handle pricing, occupancy, bookings, and financial reporting. Ensure excellent guest communication and support (including urgent requests). Monitor property maintenance, amenities, and inventory. Stay compliant with short-term rental regulations globally and locally. Use property management tools (Guesty, Smoobu, or similar) for seamless operations. Requirements Proven experience managing vacation rentals (VRBO essential; multi-platform a plus). Strong operational and financial skills (pricing, revenue tracking, reporting). Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills in remote contexts. Knowledge of short-term rental compliance and documentation. Proficiency in property-management systems (PMS).
