We have a small company that provides housing to short term renters and travel nurses in California. We are seeking a full time assistant to help me with the following real estate and social media tasks. Ideally seeking a candidate in central or south america to limit challenges with time zones. Below is a general list of responsibilities.
We can provide you with overall training material and guidance - however you need to be able to speak and write comfortably in english and communicate clearly with potential renters. If you're a smart critical thinker - this will be a great job for you. If you're organized and know how to use trello and other property management applications - you will feel comfortable here.
Communicate with long term tenants that are renting apartments
Communicate with short term tenants that are renting airbnb rentals (Airbnb Rentals)
Communicating with property management team to ensure rentals are prepared for airbnb tenants
Updating airbnb pricing and availability
Starting hours would be around 8am PST - 4pm PST but will be flexible once you have full onboarding and can monitor most things via phone.

Schedule and posting content on a daily basis
Engaging with other creators by posting comments, DM’s, engaging, etc.
Editing and touching up photos and videos (basic)
Posting captions and choosing effective hashtag
