Add sms service provider to [login to view URL]

I'm using [login to view URL] as a marketing platform with applications such as email marketing, sms marketing, contacts, events, crm

I would like to use my own sms service provider instead of the default provider included with Odoo.sh.

This means that everywhere in Odoo where sms is sent or scheduled it will use my provider. For example, currently I can send directly from contacts or schedule sms campaign from sms marketing or from events (under communication tab).

The interface to the sms provider is REST api and the UI should include standard settings such as provider url, user name, password,...

Also there should be a view to display sms log.
