AIS/TIS PDF to Excel Tool

I need a small, web-based utility that lets me upload Indian Income-tax AIS or TIS PDFs, enter the document password (format: pan+ddmmyyyy, always lowercase), and instantly receive an Excel file that mirrors every table exactly as it appears in the source. Interface I am aiming for a simple, clean screen: one upload field, one password field, and a “Convert” button. No dashboards or extra clutter—just a lightweight page that works on any modern browser. Core workflow • User selects the AIS/TIS PDF. • User types the password in small letter and password combination is PAN NO+DDMMYYYY. • The app decrypts, parses each table, and writes them into an .xlsx workbook “as-is”. • An additional worksheet called “Summary” is auto-generated in strictly tabular form. Summary worksheet must show: • Total income calculated • Tax deductions overview • Yearly income comparison • TDS section-wise details • Date-wise list of every transaction • A consolidated summary of all transactions Technical notes The parsing must cope with typical AIS/TIS layouts, column headers, and multi-page tables without dropping rows or misaligning numbers. I am fine with Python (pdfplumber, camelot, pandas, flask), Node, or any stack you prefer, provided the final deliverable is: 1. Source code with brief setup instructions 2. A running demo link or dockerised build I can test 3. Cleanly formatted Excel output that matches the PDF and includes the extra summary sheet Acceptance I will verify by uploading several sample PDFs; the Excel version must replicate every column and value and show the summary exactly as listed above.
