Scope of Work – Short Spread Strategy (AliceBlue Paper Trading Backend) 1. API & Login Setup • Implement secure AliceBlue API login flow (API key + access token). • Establish WebSocket connections for live NIFTY option chain data. • Error handling for login failures and session refresh. 2. User Configuration Module • User will input expiry date (e.g., 28-Aug-2025) each morning. • System automatically picks NIFTY option symbols for that expiry. • Spread range configuration (500 points) and lot size (75). 3. Strategy Execution Engine • At 10:00 AM sharp, system fetches NIFTY spot price. • Builds strike range = ATM ± configured spread (increments of 50 points). • Places SELL orders for all CALL & PUT strikes in range. • Keeps monitoring every minute: • If ATM shifts → update spread range. • Exit strikes outside range, add new strikes. • At 3:10 PM, auto-exit all open positions (square off). 4. Database & Logging • SQL Server integration to store: • All buy/sell orders (strike, order type, qty, price, LTP, time). • P&L calculation (open/closed positions). • Option chain snapshots every 30 seconds. • Maintain logs for debugging and audits. 5. Risk & Disclaimer Handling • Add fail-safe triggers: • Stop Loss trigger. • Exit trigger at 3:10 PM. • Disclaimer note included: • If AliceBlue API sends wrong data, lags, or WebSocket disconnects, execution/results may be impacted. • Developer ensures code reliability but not responsible for broker API failures.
