Objective: Automate the process of filling out marketplace-specific item details for products on [login to view URL] and synchronize product availability between Shopify and Vendoo. Requirements: 1. Marketplace-Specific Item Detailing on [login to view URL]: a. Pull all products available on Vendoo.co. b. For each product, automatically fill out the required marketplace-specific item details. c. Ensure accuracy in item details to avoid misrepresentation on the marketplace. 2. Synchronization with Shopify: a. Connect securely to the Shopify store API. b. Constantly monitor the status of products in the Shopify store. c. If a product is sold out or deleted in Shopify: i. Identify the corresponding product on Vendoo.co. ii. Delete the product from [login to view URL] or update its status accordingly. d. Ensure a failsafe mechanism in case of a connectivity issue with Shopify to avoid accidental deletions or incorrect updates. e. Maintain a synchronization log to document all updates, deletions, and any detected anomalies. 3. Automation Framework: a. Develop the automation using Python. b. Use appropriate libraries and modules (e.g., Requests, Shopify API Python SDK) to facilitate the automation process. c. Ensure the automation script can run periodically without manual intervention. d. Integrate error handling mechanisms to deal with potential issues (e.g., network failures, API rate limits). 4. Testing & Validation: a. Thoroughly test the automation system in a sandbox or testing environment to ensure it functions correctly. b. Validate that marketplace-specific details are correctly filled for various product types. c. Verify synchronization accuracy between Shopify and Vendoo.co.
