I can build these 2 APIs in Python using the Flask framework. When complete you'll have the ability to upload an image from a mobile into a specific folder and name and also send 2 file paths with fixed name. I can host this on my server with a basic web interface to show it working and is correct. I'll be able to deliver this within 1 day.
