Basic translation from Pine Script to Python

I want to add parts of another strategy (in Pine) to my own strategy and backtest it using the data I have. I know Python but I'm not familiar with Pine and frankly just don't have the time to do the conversion myself. It's super short and relatively basic (I can read most of it but not a few parts) - someone familiar with Pine/Python should be able to get it in a couple of hours tops.

Within the script, I don't want any interface-related things (arrows/colours etc.) to get translated over since it's of no use to me. All I DO want, is careful consideration that any functions/calculations for technical indicators are done correctly (i.e yield the same numerical results in Pine as they do in Python) since I will be using the calculated values.
