Browser Automation Script to be built

Job Description:
We are needing a 'script' to be built in a browser automation tool that can run as an extension in Chrome. Examples like:
The tool is unimportant, but as long as it can be shared and be used by other users.
This cannot be done via a custom script using Python/Selenium.
The flow is as follows:
Client will download a csv file from website A. Then the automation needs to be able to use the data that was downloaded to load data into website B which does require a login and does require that multiple drop down boxes are selected and the data from the spreadsheet used to find the correct field in the drop down.
We have come close to getting it right using BrowserFlow. So if you have experience working with that tool, that would be a best case scenario where you can modify what is already built. We are stuck on using some Javascript to run a find the correct selections in the dropdown.
