Build an email follow-up plugin for Gmail

Job Description:
I'm looking for a good developer who can create a plugin for Gmail to automate the email follow-ups, as well as sending mass marketing emails.
Basically, I will need the plugin to be fully usable within the Gmail interface. No external dashboard or side items needed.
It shall be possible to install the plugin into Gmail and everything shall be set/manage directly within Gmail itself.
Looking at the list of features, this is what is required:
- Automatic Follow-up Emails
- Customisable messages
- Customisable intervals (send first follow up after X days, send second follow up after Y days)
- Specific days and times (send this specific email and/or follow-up on this specific date at this specific time)
- Works on Gmail
- Up to 14 follow-ups per email (if it is easier to keep this number to unlimited, it would be even better)
- Personalised messages (gather the receiver name automatically so it appears in the follow-ups)
- Templates for emails and follow-ups (option to create an email and make it a template to reuse, as well as option to create an entire follow-ups model, i.e. 7 messages separated at specific times, and save that as a template as well)
- Multiple sequences (templates that can be trigger in specific events, i.e. send message X after Y amount of time to specific contact. If the contact reply move to set of messages A, if contact does no reply, go with set B)
- Pause Messages (however follow-up should always stop automatically if there is an interaction with the email, same if the email bounce)
- Multiple messages recipients (option to import a Google Sheet to send one email to a selected list of contacts)
- Automatic emails flows (option to create a dynamic system where a specific list get imported from Google Sheet with data like date, name and email and from there it is possible to set specific parameters like after X days contacts receive email 1, after 90 days, they receive email 2 etc.)
- Track if email was opened/read
- Attach Files to message, follow-ups and templates
- Gmail Signatures (option to add the signature when required)
- Option to have the plugin 'ON'/'Activated' by default (many plugins require you to activate the follow up for each email, here it shall be the opposite, the follow up is always on by default)
Please be aware that the IP and full ownership will need to be retained by us as client.
