Create Python OPC Client Controlling a Pilot Plant

I am looking for someone who can help me creating an OPC XML-DA Client that will be used to control a process in a pilot plant. I want to basically READ the variables from the server (certain IP address), use them as input in a separate python algorithm (already done), and use this second algorithm's output to WRITE onto the server and update the setpoints of the controller. The project is not developing the python algorithm that calculates the input to the server, moreso creating a client on my machine that will be able to connect both with the server and pass any inputs/outputs to my second controller algorithm. I assume that it would be easier to have the client written in python too, since the algorithm I'm using the data for is in python.
