I want a simple program with a simple graphical interface on the Windows operating system, whose task is to receive a csv file containing phone numbers, take these numbers and sort them on Telegram to sort the numbers that do not have a registered Telegram account or if the number is banned on Telegram or can be reset. These numbers can be sorted by a bot on Telegram called @NumStatusBot. The problem with this bot is that it works manually. It works on each number individually, and I have more than 250,000 numbers that I want to verify and sort. I want a way to do this, whether it is a simple program on Windows or artificial intelligence. The important thing is that it can sort all these numbers and give me a file with the sorting result.
