Django and scrapy expert needed to install and run a project from gitlab to my webserver

Read the description carefully before you bid. I've got a project in GitLab which I need to install on my webserver and also ** RUN that project perfectly. It's a system built with 41 scrappers with an admin panel to control the scrappers (run/stop/schedule). The scrappers scrape data from 41 different websites and store those on the database. the website show data from the database with some combination. The website and it's all parts and functions should be work perfectly. More details via PM.
