Fix Error on PyInstaller compilation

Hi i need some help with pyinstaller.. Now having some error with flask_compress.. My python code works fine.. Compiling with Pyinstaller with the spec file is also fine. However when i try to run it, it shows this flask_compress error. Error shown below.
