Help adding 128X64 OLED displays to raspberry pi project

I want to add a 128X64 OLED to the pimoroni pan tilt hat and add 3 images to a opencv robotic project. One at the start one when no object detected and the third when object is detected. I have the images prepared as bitmaps in python I just need some help with the rest of the coding.
