I have a python software that connect to several video cameras and sample the frames from it , then run ML.
It works with one camera , but slowly, then sooner or later server fails, especially when open new new camera threads.
I have this python code which use Yolo for object moving detection and tracking on video camera, but I have 10's of cameras. as of now if I open more than one camera it blows, even one camera blow. I have optimized time interval and fram sample rate and use buffer. yet ... get errors as below and server image just go blank. I use AWS EC2 xlarge.
the errors are repeatedly like this:
1. [hevc @ 0x7fc3c8096d00] The cu_qp_delta -29 is outside the valid range [-26, 25].
2. [hevc @ 0x7fc3c80a7540] Could not find ref with POC 186

Please note it runs on AWS EC2 Xlarge machine. also note I tweak the frame sample interval times.
The task is:
1. Resolve the issues and errors, tweak the code to make sure camera stream come all time without empty frames and server going down. If needed to move from OPENcv to SimpleCM or other stable library then its expected u do it
2. Improve performance so many camera streams work in parallel (e.g. tweak thread or other setting)
