Looking for a React/Node/Python + AWS and GCP Developer for small tasks.

I am looking for a React/Node/Python developer with experience in AWS and GCP to assist with ongoing small tasks. The tasks usually use one or more of the following tech stack:
* React
* AWS Amplify & AppSync
* Basic AWS in general
* GCP Firebase
* Basic GCP in general
* Basic Azure in general
* Python
* Node (JS and TS)
Occasionally, we might need to do some minor tasks in other languages, like Go, Scala, or Java. It will be a plus if you know about containerization technologies.
I don't mind if you don't know every tool and technology in the stack, but you should be able to learn quickly and should be able to work without constant supervision. I also want someone who is not afraid of asking if he/she is stuck in a task. I prefer to be asked a hundred times and deliver on time, than no questions and deliver over time, over budget, or not delivering at all.
The developer must be able to connect with me for fifteen minutes, around 8 - 10 Pacific Time. We won't connect if it is not needed. I'm an advocate of live calls only when strictly required, if not we can chat and send videos.
The developer will have to understand and modify existing code, so experience with code analysis and debugging is required. Sometimes it will be code made from scratch.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Strong proficiency in React, Node, and Python
- Experience working with AWS and GCP
- Familiarity with code analysis and debugging tools
- Ability to understand and modify existing code
The work consists of small tasks, that take just a few hours.
