I need a project done where you input a [login to view URL] file and then i would like the bytes in the [login to view URL] file to be counted e.g.:
Byte 0: 1
Byte 1: 3
Byte 2: 0
Byte 255: 0
The table that we get out of this as a result needs tof be run through the Huffmans tree algorithm (even the ones with a frequency of 0). This needs to be done through a priority queue.
The huffman tree then needs to be converted to a table (a list with 256 entries) with codewords for every possible byte.
The 256 possibilities then needs to be printed in the outputfile.
Then the python program needs to scan the input file again, and in doing that it needs to find each bytes codeword from the table of codewords. This also needs to be written into the [login to view URL] file.
Read the frequency table again from the input.txt.
Generate the same huffman tree as from the first program.
Use the huffman tree to decode the rest of the bits from the input file.
