In the attached Jupyter notebook, I am looking to get the Top Rated Actors. You shall calculate this by getting the movie "star_rating" average from all movies which actor 'X' has participated. To avoid biases, let's only consider actors which have participated in at least 5 movies. No need to export the results into a CSV.
