We are looking to create a C# or Python application to convert PDF documents to a structured XML format. The program should support the following elements: -Text -Tables -Bullet Points Please feel free to use any open source libraries such as iTextSharp or PDFSharp. An example output may look like the following <Document> <Section> <Paragraph> <Sentence> <TextBlock> <Text>ABC</Text> <Font>Times New Roman</Font> <FontSize>12</FontSize> </TextBlock> </Sentence> <Sentence> <TextBlock> <Text>DEF</Text> <Font>Arial</Font> <FontSize>8</FontSize> </TextBlock> </Sentence> </Paragraph> </Section> </Document>
