I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with a project that involves automating a process using a Php page and Python connection to setup the wifi credentials for the Raspberry 4 device. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Raspberry devices and be proficient in both Php and Python.

I have a webserver running apache/php/mysql etc running on my raspberry pi 4:

So I need you to write a php page, with 2 textboxes in the first textbox there is a text "jouw-wifi-netwerk'' in the second box there is a text "jouw-wifi-wachtwoord''. Both boxes should be outgreyed so they could not be changed. Under the boxes a submit button with text "Verbind".

If you hit the submit button the webpage (on the pi) should send to python/raspberry pi (same raspberry) the outgreyed text(yes i know its not changable when its outgreyed). The raspberry pi should pick up the first textbox as the wifinetwork name and the second box as the wifi password and should directly connect to wifi. If failed the webpage should stay or reload with error message and to try again, if succeed it should go to [login to view URL] (i make this).
