I require a freelancer expert enough in both Mathematica and Deep Learning/Python (i.e., Tensorflow, Keras, Torch, MXNet, etc.) to translate four models from python into Mathematica: BigGAN, Wavenet, VQ-VAE, PGGAN. The translations will include Wolfram Language coding of custom layers, loss functions, regularization methods, and most significantly, means of training, all corresponding exactly as is possible to the python source and/or academic reference paper for the model in question.
In addition to translating these four models, I also require means of training three other models-- the general architecture of which were already translated--in Mathematica.
Finally, I require some custom net encoders/decoders.
