Python code upgrade

a. Set Build server reads a webpage and sql table and generates software build.

b. Tests are setup with python and manually run on said builds. (not automated)

Builds released by build server at any time.

Need assistance coding in python to:

Read the table (a), use some primary keys and use them with the new (b) action table with same/new entries.

The step (b) has to be auto triggered as soon as build is generated from (a) and this is the entire scope of the project. Not big, tables and tests already set.
