Hello, My name is Javi, and I have plenty of experience in Linux administration and developing in bash script, C, C++ and python. I have 2 raspi servers running in VPS production environments. One of them collects data from an thrid party API (seems similar to your description). The data collection has a watchdog that monitor the health of the server and the integrity of the data.
