Hi, i have a script that copies files from one hard drive to the other, its set to skip the file if exsists but if it is stopped it starts back at the start again,.
This script when running can take upto 2 days so its really annoying when i have to start again from the start.
I want so it remembers where it stopped at or a db of files done so its skips them instantly, not with going back over them checking like it does now.

Hi there. I could implement this logic for you; as you suggested using a record on Database other form of record or checking if file already exists and last modified etc. Contact me lets discuss details.
Hi there, I CAN START NOW. I can build / modify script to fetch only files which are not copied and skip the files which were copied in last session. Can we have a chat to discuss it further in detail?
