Have a python project which is querying an API from Binance (currently a delay has been added to make this every 3 seconds to avoid IP ban). Need this to be adjusted to pull a list of IP addresses and instead of 3 seconds to make the query much much faster. (also extra bonus if you think the speed can be optimized in any way)

we maybe able to send the requests much quickly using different IPs but then they will definitely detect that the requests are coming from the same API keys/ same account. if you can manage to create different accounts and get similar number of API keys to requests per second compared to the rate limit then it is a better idea. binance has read only API keys, i think. if you are planning to trade quickly then limit orders might not execute (in highly volatile conditions) because of the slippage. market orders are riskier.
