RTD server ( Streaming Data from Python into Excel )

Need to create a very friendly to use Python API that can act as an RTD Server to stream stock prices ( i.e from yahoo finance) to be consume through Excel RTD function. It's a very similar feature provided in the component called "PyXLL"
The server must allow to subscribe for many tickers simultaneously and have a good memory and processor magement.
Code must come very well documented and with sample of use with yahoofinance API

* I dot not want to use PyXLL API but instead, have a similar feature inside the requested API
